Job Description:

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between the technical team and the sales team, providing technical expertise to clients and helping to drive sales. Your role involves understanding client needs, presenting technical solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their technology requirements and offer solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide technical product demonstrations and answer detailed technical questions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and proposals.
  • Work with internal technical teams to ensure solutions are accurately designed and implemented.
  • Serve as a technical resource for clients during the sales process and beyond.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide relevant information to clients.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote Cerchez Infotech’s products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technology, web development, digital marketing, or IT management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
